Russell joined Drake International in 2008 as telemarketing manager after a 3 month stint with a telecommunications company in a B2B sales role and 10 years with labor hire firm, Skilled Group in a lead generation and business development role. In my present role with Drake Training I am assisting the National Manager with administration of a $52m Victorian State Government program for small and medium businesses which involves Workforce Planning and Accredited Training. Second, I am responsible for sales generation of Drake Training professional development, Desktop courses, on-line and accredited training for small, medium and national companies. Third, I manage Drake Training’s agreements with professional sporting associations including the AFL Players Association, AFL Coaches Association, AFL Clubs, NRL Players Association, NRL Clubs, Australian Swimmers Association, Professional Footballers Association, Rugby Union Players Association and Australian Cricketers Association.

With nearly 20 years work experience in Business Development, Human Resources and Sales, Belinda has worked in various industries such as Hospitality and the Airlines. A move from Brisbane to Melbourne provided a 3 year stint as Business Development Manager for a Private Registered Training Organisation. My strong desire to work for a global company with a strong reputation within its industry led me to Drake International in 2010. Currently working with the Drake Training team I am responsible for building relationships with companies from all industries across all states to assist with their training needs. Belinda also follows the Saints, the Reds and enjoys watching the cricket.

Roseann Testagrossa

Since graduating with a Bachelor of Education in Secondary teaching, Roseann has taught Literature, History and Italian in Secondary schools, done some private tutoring in European History, and taught adults at a business college. For the last decade, Roseann has worked mainly in accounts and payroll, in such diverse industries, as tennis to security, training to manufacturing, health and also the taxi industry. Currently, Roseann's role involves accounts payable and receivable tasks, and assisting the Drake Training team with general office duties. In her spare time, Roseann enjoys reading, crossword puzzles, and has also recently finished writing an historical novel. She also enjoys watching her beloved North Melbourne Kangaroos, of which she is also a cheersquad member.

Greg joined Drake Training in 2010. Drawn to the role through a history of mentoring and developing sales and client services teams within the advertising industry and expatriate management globally.
Greg has spent over 25 years developing client relationship models and strategies and brings this expertise to his role as Client Relationship Manager servicing Victoria, South Australia, ACT and Western Australia whilst overseeing all National Accounts. Greg has assisted Drake clients create blended training solutions including onsite and customised solutions. He has both government and private sector companies in his portfolio including Origin Energy ,CASA, Nehta, Downer EDI and Centrelink to name just a few. In his spare time Greg enjoys raising three boys and coaching junior football and cricket.

Ali is a professional consultant and trainer specialising in cultural enhancement and change, in areas such as communication, leadership and teamwork, performance management, change & project management and customer service. Ali brings 15 years of experience as a senior manager and trainer working in both the private and public sectors and is a passionate trainer, facilitator and advocate of behavioural and process driven change and is able to use these skills to ensure people and teams perform at their highest capacity. Her strengths lie in a strong customer service ethic, ensuring that organisational and behavioural change results in real outcomes which truly benefit the clients, employees and the organisation’s customers.

As an RTO Administrator, Chris has over 8 years' extensive experience in both the RTO and Higher Education Industries. This includes roles at Carrick Institute of Education and Monash University in areas such as system establishment and operation, consultation and assessment of professional development to achieve learners' career goals. Chris graduated with a Master of Marketing, a Bachelor of Business Administration and Certificate IV in Working Place Training and Assessment. With an in-depth knowledge of The Australian Quality Training Framework (AQTF) and provides Drake Training clients with high-quality training and assessment services.
