National ManagerDavid joined Drake Training in 2012 having been in the organisational development area as a consultant, trainer and senior manager for the past 30 years. Recently he has been assisting organisation establish their educational strategy and achieve registered training organisation status. Previously, he was General Manager of the Australian Institute of Management for 8 years followed by 3 years as the Executive Leader Education & Training of Mission Australia. Prior to this he was Head of Department of Economics and Finance for the School Business and Technology at the University of Western Sydney, which was proceeded by 11 years experience as a Corporate Executive in the Banking Industry and Training Director of Touché Ross an International Chartered Accountancy firm.
RTO AdministratorAs an RTO Administrator, Chris has over 8 years' extensive experience in both the RTO and Higher Education Industries. This includes roles at Carrick Institute of Education and Monash University in areas such as system establishment and operation, consultation and assessment of professional development to achieve learners' career goals. Chris graduated with a Master of Marketing, a Bachelor of Business Administration and Certificate IV in Working Place Training and Assessment. With an in-depth knowledge of The Australian Quality Training Framework (AQTF) and provides Drake Training clients with high-quality training and assessment services.
