Discrimination Prevention (NZ) V2

Cost: $55.00

Discrimination Prevention (NZ)
Everybody has the right to be treated fairly. If you feel that you are being discriminated against, you have the right to take action. But do you know what steps to take?

The Human Rights laws recognise and promote everyone's right to a fair go by making discrimination and harassment - based on a number of personal characteristics - unlawful.

Essential for all employees and employers, this course is designed to encourage behaviours and workplace practices that support a culture that is fair, equitable and free from discrimination. It will help clarify what behaviours constitute discrimination and harassment in the workplace and what you should do if you or a colleague should be exposed to any discriminatory behaviour.

This course aims to build a general awareness of your obligations under the law. As it is not tailored to your particular circumstances, it should not be treated as legal advice.
