Bullying Prevention (2010)
Overview
Did you know that it is estimated that one in five people are bullied at work? Organisations should embrace and promote an anti-bullying culture and educate all employees about the negative consequences of such unacceptable behaviour.
In this course we answer key questions you have about bullying and provide you with guidance on how to recognise and prevent such behaviour. The course also offers guidance on what you should do if you or a colleague is exposed to any form of bullying or workplace harassment.
This course has been written in partnership with and endorsed by Clayton Utz, a leading Australian law firm. It is of a general nature only and does not take into account your individual circumstances.

At the successful completion of this course, you should be able to:

- Seek help within your organisation and externally; and
