Privacy (2010)

Overview

What is ‘personal information’? How does it affect the way in which I work? What are the National Privacy Principles? How do I ensure I am not breaching the Privacy Act? These are just some of the questions we tackle in this course.

This course concentrates on the private sector provisions of the Privacy Act, as well as highlighting relevant parts of the Spam Act 2003 (Cth) and the Do Not Call Register Act 2006 (Cth).
