Overview
This course is designed to provide you with an understanding of the skills and knowledge required to follow health, safety and security procedures. It applies to all individuals working in the tourism and hospitality industries.
This course involves online interactive study, and the completion of an online assessment. Upon successful completion, this course will result in the award of a nationally recognised 'Statement of Attainment'. It may be undertaken as a separate unit of study, or as part of a broader qualification in Hospitality.
