Overview
The Diploma of Project Management has been created to acknowledge the growing importance of project management skills, and the ways in which they can empower employees within a dynamic business environment.
This course is ideal for those of you who manage, or are about to manage projects within the workplace.
This qualification is delivered online providing you with the flexibility to complete the training when and where you wish. You will be fully supported throughout the learning process by qualified trainers from Accredited Online Training (AOT), Australia's leading provider of online qualifications. What will you achieve from this course?
The Diploma of Project Management will provide you with the skills and knowledge to plan and manage projects that achieve the goals and objectives important to project managers and an organisation, regardless of its line of business or industry. It gives a working knowledge of project management as well as an understanding of methods, techniques and tools available to help you manage your projects more effectively.
This is a nationally recognised qualification.

Assessment:
All assessments are conducted online and you will receive feedback from your assessor within 48 hours (except when there is a Public Holiday). Holistic or major assessments may take up to seven days. Assessments may include multiple choice and/or short answer questionnaires, portfolios, case studies, and in some cases video and/or workplace based evidence may also be required. Duration
Learning online allows you the freedom to take complete control of your learning schedule. You can study at home, during your lunch break or from anywhere in the world.
The total nominal hours for this course are 380 hours. This should include completing both the online training module and the associated formal assessment component.

Full-time duration: 31 weeks
Maximum 12 months access to online course (approx. 10-20 hours to complete each unit)
How to gain your qualification faster!
Recognition of Prior learning (RPL) is “the acknowledgement of the skills and knowledge” that you have gained through previous studies, work and life experiences. If RPL is granted, this will mean that you will not have to complete the study or assessments for a unit or units of competency. Please read the student handbook for more information.
