This course is designed specifically for Recruitment Consultants who work in the recruitment industry. It is one of five in the industry induction series developed in partnership with RCSA, Recruitment Academy and Learning Seat. This unique induction to the recruitment industry is designed to increase preparedness for a career in recruitment and enhance professionalism in the industry.
Complete the full series of five modules and you will achieve the CPE points required to become an RCSA Accredited Professional Recruiter.The job of a recruitment consultant is a demanding and competitive one that combines sales skills, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to liaise with individuals of all levels. It is a face-paced role that is challenging and rewarding if you have the right skills to succeed.
