Overview
RCSA’s new Recruitment e-nduction is a joint venture between Recruitment Academy, RCSA and Learning Seat. This entry-level training program is an induction program specifically targeted at those with no prior recruitment experience, who are interested in pursuing a career in the recruitment industry. This program covers all the key aspects that make a successful Recruitment Consultant including sales and telemarketing skills, image, motivation, commercial acumen, conflict resolution, negotiation and leadership skills.
Recruitment e-nduction is accredited by the RCSA and attracts 25 points towards the Industries Accreditation program (MRCSA). Our five online modules have been professionally written with input from experienced Recruitment Consultants, RCSA, and leading Australian Psychologists.
