Overview
This course is designed specifically for Recruitment Consultants who work in the recruitment industry.
There are many factors that drive the recruitment industry, chief amongst these include attrition trends and a shortage of talent in the labour market. Furthermore, a company can generate vast amount of savings if they get recruitment right the first time around.
To that end, it is crucial for the recruitment firm to provide a complete solution to the client - from selecting the right candidate for the client, to candidate and client care for repeat business, should there be the need for it. Your success to do this depends on your ability to meet these needs.
This course is one of five in the industry induction series developed in partnership with RCSA, Recruitment Academy and Learning Seat. This unique induction to the recruitment industry is designed to increase preparedness for a career in recruitment and enhance professionalism in the industry. Complete the full series of five modules and you will achieve the CPE points required to become an RCSA Accredited Professional Recruiter.
