• Identify, evaluate and select from alternative recruitment strategies;
• Employ suitable selection procedures;
• Organise and conduct effective pre-selection interviews;
• Identify and employ sources and processes for verifying information about candidates;
• Employ the STAR technique and use the scoring system.
