Desktop Applications Consulting
Drake’s desktop applications specialists consult with clients to develop and customise templates, databases, spreadsheets, and presentations that complement business processes and needs

Coaching
Drake can tailor executive learning programs to meet client needs, and can map against organisational capability frameworks. In particular, Drake is able to incorporate proven methodologies, such as Lean, or the GROW coaching model, to underpin components of executive learning including coaching skills, change management, and business process excellence.
